Jordan Griffin Zimmer Pin XL

We have teamed up with legendary shaper Jordan Griffin from Mount Maunganui to make a limited batch of custom Zimmer Twins, Jordan's twin pin mid length. Once we have enough orders Jordan will come down to shape and sign each board and you can collect your finished board from either of our shops or we can ship it to you. 

This is our first colab of this scale, so we are going to keep it simple and offer one shape in one construction, with the option of a coloured deck and limited to only 10 boards. 

The Zimmer PIN XL has that fun twin feel but has enough hold and projection to free you from ever wishing for a third fin or trailer. Designed as an all-rounder, it helps you rip into anything from lame little waves to double overhead rifling walls.

The rails are low, so most people ride the Zimmer PIN XL at least 1/8” -1/4” thicker than their shortboard.

Construction: NZ grown wood top, Australian grown Hemp Bottom, EPS core with parabolic bendy ply rails.

Rocker: Flat rocker

Concave: Single to a subtle double concave with V running through the fins and off the tail.

Tail: Rounded pin

Fins layout: Twin. FCS2 or future boxes are available.

Skill level: All levels
